 All payments, contributions, and service fees made to Talo Company are final and non-refundable once processed. Due to the nature of offset services and the immediate allocation of resources to operations, staffing, and mission-aligned initiatives, we are unable to issue refunds.

In limited cases, such as duplicate transactions or billing errors caused by the company, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

By completing a payment, clients acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
